Meet Heather, the Founder of Simply Your Way
Hello, my name is Heather. I am a dedicated full-time school teacher, happily married, and the proud owner of two dogs. I have a deep passion for crafting, which began in my childhood when my mom introduced me to cross-stitching, and my grandma taught me the art of sewing. Over the years, my interests have expanded, leading me to participate in craft shows with my mother in 2015, where I primarily focused on Christmas ornaments. With the encouragement of my husband, I took a step further in 2022 by attending summer markets and fairs, where I discovered my love for layered paper art.
The moment I first saw how layers of paper could transform a design into something dynamic and three-dimensional, I was hooked. As my designs have evolved, I felt inspired to launch this website to share my creations with a wider audience. It brings me great joy to see people connect with my work and explore their own creativity. I take great care in selecting color options and cutting them out, and I’m fortunate to have my mother help me assemble each piece.

At Simply Your Way, our vision is to inspire creativity and bring people together through hands-on art experiences. As we continue to grow, we aim to expand our workshops and unique 3D mandala designs, sharing joy and artistic expression with people everywhere. We’re passionate about encouraging individuals of all ages to embrace their creativity while fostering a supportive and vibrant community. What makes our workshops special is the fun and creative spaces we’ve chosen for you to explore your artistic side. Whether you’re a complete beginner or have some crafting experience, our 3D mandala workshops let you play around with colors, glitter, and layered paper techniques to create something truly unique. We keep things laid-back and inspiring, offering a mix of pre-designed templates and plenty of room for you to get creative. It’s not just about making art — it’s about having fun, unwinding, and leaving with a beautiful, one-of-a-kind piece that’s all your own. We also offer private workshops.
